Description


  • Maintain Office Supplies, anticipating needed supplies and placing orders.
  • Handling the office central services which includes mail, external affairs and corresponding of letters.
  • Handling the office expenses.
  • Maintain and update the office filling system.
  • Prepare events related to the Executive President office.
  • Managing the calendar of the Executive President and arranging new appointments.
  • Follow up on Maintenance of all office equipment
  • Prepare official letters.
  • Assist in Handling any administration inquires and tasks.

Qualifications

  • Good English, Written and spoken
  • Communication/ Interpersonal skills
  • Computer skills, Microsoft office proficiency.
