Description
  • 1.1. Corporate Relation Manager
  • 1.2. Create and update database for all relevant industries and corporate on the national and international level
  • 1.3. Conduct market mapping to identify the market needs and trends
  • 1.4. Manage the internship program and track the students achievements and progress
  • 1.5. Share internship opportunities on the CSM online platform and via cats email
  • 1.6. Work closely with Career Training manager to develop training programs based on needed competencies for the job market
  • 1.7. Identify and share job opportunities for ZC graduates
  • 1.8. Assist ZC students and graduates in their career planning and linking their academic study to the relevant career opportunities
  • 1.9. Coordinate with HR and Talent acquisition of national and international corporates and create strong relations and partnerships
  • 1.10. Allocate relevant internship opportunities for all the science & engineering majors

Qualifications
  • 7 - 9 years of experience in the area of Public relations and marketing , human resources ,learning & development ,;
  • Bachelors degree - preferably business development ;
  • Masters degree in management , human resources or education is highly recommended
  • Familiarity with job market trends and current employment practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, training and supervisory skills.
  • Team-oriented work style and good analytical skill.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage several program initiatives
