Candidates are expected to teach multiple courses at the Nanotechnology and Nanoelectronics Engineering Program, in the following areas:

    • Circuit Theory for nanoelectronics.
    • Analog and Digital ASIC Design.
    • Digital Control for VLSI nanofabrication processes.
    • Practical CMOS fabrication, process integration and packaging, reliability testing.
    • Demonstration of a full CMOS process at our labs for use by students, including VLSI mask design.
    • Modeling and simulation using TCAD and Multiphysics for VLSI fabrication.


Successful candidates are expected to contribute significantly to the teaching activities in the University of Science and Technology. We are particularly interested in candidates who can initiate and carry out independent and collaborative research in the field of circuits, VLSI design and fabrication and process integration.

Qualifications and Courses

Candidates should hold a Ph.D. degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering, with focus on circuits and VLSI fabrication.
