Reports to 

HR Director/HR Manager


Assist in originating Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.


2.1. Assistant to the HR Director

2.2. Handling all HR Operation.

2.3. Follow up Hiring process and documents.

2.4. Handling Personnel files.

2.5. All HR Administration (e.g. setting interviews appointments, issuing all types of HR letters, Updating employees leaves balances, etc.)

2.6. Handling Employees attendance record

2.7. Helps in payroll administration.

2.8. Posting job ads on City's website and other media channels after obtaining the requested senior management approvals and associated job descriptions.


  • 3.1. 5 years of experience in HR related field.
  • 3.2. Bachelor degree
  • 3.3. Preferably have SAP experience
  • 3.4. Good knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines
  • 3.5. Good knowledge of Egyptian Social Insurance and Labor law
  • 3.6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • 3.7. Excellent English language
  • 3.8. Excellent computer skills (Word & Excel)
  • 3.9. High ability to do multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • 3.10. Excellent follow up skills
