Description

Follow up with PI to schedule, track and coordinate all technical reports.

- Coordinate and follow up with the Finance Department on the timely and proper submission of the grant financial reports.

- Coordinate with the funding agencies on regular basis to ensure the smooth and uninterrupted operation of the grant projects.

- Responsible for all correspondences between the funding agencies and Zewail City.

- Manage an up to date database on all grants related to Zewail City. - Generating and analyzing regular reports on the status and progress of the grants.

- Attending to inquiries or requests received from funding agencies and grant holders.

- Maintain accurate electronic records to track the progress of grant applications

- Design and deliver sessions and workshops on successful grant application writing.

- Provide support in maintaining and developing relevant web pages.

- Administrative tasks related to research grants.

- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

 

 

 

Other Skills

- Bachelor degree in related areas including Science, Arts, or Engineering, - At least 5 years of experience in related environment.

 

Relevant experience in managing research grants,

Track record of conducting associated paper works and developing tracking and reporting systems

Excellent coordination skills to coordinate between different grant holders and external and internal bodies.
