Assist in originating Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
Shortlisting CVs and participate in interviewing shortlisted candidates (for same and below job category) and Extending job offers to selected candidates.
Handling all inquiries received from selected candidates after receiving the job offer till his/her actual start date.
Tracking contract end dates for all staff and faculty members to be able to seek line manager's approvals for renewing contracts that are due for renewal.
Issuing contracts for all staff & Faculty members to be signed by colleagues by the start date of their new contract
Handling different types of contracts for all types of employment (erg. Project based contracts, Freelance contracts, grants contracts. Etc.) in liaison with City's legal department.
Prepare all Social Insurance forms (1, 6&2) and all activities related in addition to any legal issues related
Conducting Exit interviews for separating employees
Responsible for all separation process.
Revising different type of HR letters to ensure that the are meeting HR standards and legality needed
Prepare all HR related payment requests and ensure required documents are complete
Perform other HR tasks as assigned.
2 to 5 years of experience in the HR field
knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines
knowledge of Egyptian Social Insurance and Labor law
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Very good command of English language
Very Good computer skills
Ability to do multiple tasks and work under pressure
Approval and signatory levels
Are in accordance with the Zewail City Delegation of Authority Chart.
