Description

1.1. Provide end-users with technical assistance in person or via different means such as phone, email and other electronic medium. 1.2. Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve issues related to application use, design and configuration. 1.3. Verify and customize end user requests. 1.4. Assist with implementation testing and projects. 1.5. Assist with projects to roll-out enhanced or new functionality 1.6. Assist with new installations Network, Systems and Applications and software deployment 1.7. Assist with Network & Systems Monitoring. 1.8. Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and maintain equipment and software. 1.9. Document customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues. 1.10. Assist with documentation of network and systems infrastructure. 1.11. Generate technical guides and user manuals. 1.12. Reporting tasks and utilization time

Qualifications

2.1. From 3 to 5 years experience 2.2. Bachelors degree 2.3. Good Knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows 2003, 2008, 2012, and Win XP, Win7 &Win8) 2.4. Knowledge of Linux or Unix is a plus. 2.5. Experience with infrastructure services (Active Directory, Mail, DNS, DHCP & SQL) is a plus. Knowledge of Virtual Machines & Cloud computing knowledge is a plus. 2.6. Experience of Network protocols. 2.7. MS Office, Computer HW & SW Background.
